Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Team Member to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, loading, and unloading production machinery to help manufacture high-quality parts on time and efficiently. You will monitor machine operations, perform visual and dimensional quality checks on finished goods, pack items according to specifications, and accurately complete shift logs and tracking paperwork. Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with standard safety guidelines is a key part of the daily routine

FRI - TUESDAY / Days (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) – 3 open positions

Rate: $22.98/hour

This is an active, hands-on role in a manufacturing shop environment that is hot and dusty. The job requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift. We offer a welcoming, supportive team dynamic with a diverse mix of experienced and new team members. Personal protective equipment like safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided on-site, though candidates must bring their own steel-toe safety boots.

Advantages
  • Consistent Pay
  • Supportive Environment: Clean facility with an approachable management team that values safety and open communication.
  • Inclusive Team
  • Gear & Onboarding Provided: PPE safety glasses and hearing protection
  • Skill Growth: Opportunity to build hands‑on machine operation skills and participate in continuous improvement programs.
Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation & Production: Operators are responsible for starting, loading, monitoring, and unloading equipment throughout the shift. This includes watching for machine errors, making basic adjustments as needed, and safely removing finished parts. Once produced, items are carefully inspected visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality standards before being packed and logged according to shop procedures.
  • Safety, Quality & Maintenance: Daily duties require conducting basic safety and maintenance checks on machinery prior to starting work. Operators are expected to follow established health and safety policies, accurately log daily production metrics and inspection charts, and maintain an organized, hazard‑free workstation using standard workplace cleanliness practices.
  • Teamwork & Continuous Improvement: Team members work collaboratively to meet daily targets, assist with onboarding or training new colleagues, and support other operational areas when assigned. Clear communication with supervisors—especially regarding equipment issues or quality defects is essential, and team members are encouraged to share ideas for improving efficiency and safety across the facility.
Qualifications
  • Experience: preferably experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • High reliability, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset. We appreciate team players who aren't afraid to ask questions when unsure.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work comfortably in a hot environment. Having a car and flexibility to work across different shifts is a strong asset.
