Job summary

  • Maintain high standards of quality control for all parts and finished products, including identifying non-conformances.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by the Lead.

Overview

The Production Worker (a.k.a. Assembler) will be responsible for assembling Commercial brand heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to electrical components, electrical wiring preparation and Enclosure Assembly.

  • Assemble heaters according to job orders, ensuring all required components are properly controlled and available for each build.
  • Able to consistently and repeatedly complete wire harnesses with a focus on accurate electrical wiring and connections.
  • Perform subassembly tasks, including enclosure assembly with a focus on accurate electrical wiring and connections.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control for all parts and finished products, including identifying and dispositioning of non-conformances.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead.
