How Agropur Invests In You

• A salary of $23.26/hr
• Night Shift premium of $1.00/hour
• Bi-weekly payroll
• Safe, secure, and clean environment
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM, or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

What This Role Is About

• Participate in cheese making, packing, and plant sanitation.
• Work closely with line leaders and immediate supervisors to ensure adherence to production schedules and that all products meet site and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain the requirements for food quality, safety, and security.
• Lift up to 20-50 pounds.

What You Need To Be a Production Worker

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in the food industry/field preferred
• Ability to understand and apply procedures and policy details
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal English
