Job summary

Crestline Coach Ltd. in Saskatoon is seeking a Production Technician – Prebuild Electrical to support the manufacture of life-saving ambulances. The role is on the night shift (Mon–Thu, 5:45 pm – 4:15 am) and involves pre-building electrical components and prep work for assembly.

Applicants should be comfortable using hand and power tools, reading drawings and a tape measure to 1/32 inch, and ensuring QC and ISO requirements are met while working safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Reading tape measure to 1/32" tolerance.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Understand the production process in terms of quality and quantity.
• Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
• Read ISO quality requirements and apply them on the line.

Responsibilities

• Pre-build electrical component pieces.
• Prep component pieces prior to assembly.
• Perform general quality control checks to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble/prebuild components.
• Understand the production process and maintain quality and quantity targets.

As An Prebuild Electrical, You Will Be Able To

• Pre-build electrical component pieces; etc. ECC
• Prep component pieces as necessary prior to assembly
• Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met.
• Experience and ability using hand and power tools
• Able to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32\" tolerance
• Able to read drawings
• Understand the production process in terms of quality and quantity
• Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
• Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
