Job summary

Crestline Coach Ltd. in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a Prebuild Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will install pre-build assembly components into vehicle conversions, follow work orders, and perform quality checks to meet ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability reading a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Understanding of production quality systems (ISO) and workmanship standards.
• Commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Install all pre-build assembly components into the conversion according to the work order.
• Follow the work order to install components such as floor, cabinets, squad benches, etc.
• Perform a general quality control check to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to production processes ensuring quality and quantity targets are met.
• Participate in maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.

Location: Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Day Shift, 7:am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday

As a Prebuild Assembler, you will be able to:

• Installing all pre-build assembly component pieces into the conversion.


• Follow the work order to install all pre-build assembly component pieces – i.e. floor; cabinets; squad benches etc.


• Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met.


• Experience and ability using hand and power tools


• Able to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance


• Able to read drawings


• Understand the production process in terms of quality and quantity


• Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements


• Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
