Job summary

Crestline Coach in Saskatoon is seeking a Chassis Prep – Electrical to install electrical components, prep the chassis for conversion, and ensure quality throughout the build.

The role requires reading drawings and OEM schematics, working with 12‑volt systems, hand and power tools, and maintaining safe work practices. Crestline offers a 4x10 schedule, competitive wages, benefits, and a family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical drawings and OEM schematics.
• Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" tolerance.
• Understand ISO quality requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders to install electrical components and integrate Crestline electrical systems to OEM.
• Prep the chassis by removing mounting pucks and making necessary modifications for conversion.
• Perform general quality control checks to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Read drawings/blueprints including electrical and OEM schematics (asset).
• Utilize 12-volt electrical systems and test equipment.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Measure with a tape to 1/32" tolerance.
• Adhere to ISO quality measurements and safe work practices.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safe handling.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

As a Chassis Prep – Electrical, you will be able to:

• Follow the work order to install the electrical and electrical related components- i.e. console; integrate Crestline electrical system to OEM; etc.
• Prep the chassis by making the necessary modifications needed for it to fit the conversion. i.e. remove mounting pucks from frames; etc.
• Perform a general quality control check to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints including electrical and OEM schematics is an asset.
• Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems and test equipment
• Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
• Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.
• Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
• Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.
