Job summary

Crestline Coach Ltd. in Saskatoon is seeking an Assembly worker to build life-saving ambulances on a day shift. You will follow work orders to install pre-build components and assemble interiors, ensuring proper fit and finish.

You are comfortable reading drawings to 1/32 inch, using hand and power tools, and adhering to ISO quality standards. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork with Engineering and Quality, and a commitment to meticulous workmanship in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read detailed drawings to 1/32 inch.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders to install pre-build assembly components.
• Assemble ambulance interior box structure with walls, seating, and flooring.
• Install exterior compartments for proper fit and finish.
• Review drawings and layouts to verify installation.
• Use adhesives, fasteners, and mounting hardware as specified.
• Perform quality control checks to meet specifications.
• Complete functional and visual inspections for alignment.
• Interface with Engineering or Quality teams when needed.
• Follow safe work practices and keep the area clean.

As An Assembler In Workstation 660, You Will

• Follow work orders to install pre-build assembly components such as flooring,cabinets, squad benches, and structural elements
• Assemble the ambulance interior box structure, including major componentssuch as walls, seating, and flooring systems
• Install and align exterior compartments to ensure proper fit and finish
• Review drawings and layout diagrams to verify installation and componentplacement
• Use adhesives, fasteners, and mounting hardware according to specifications
• Perform quality control checks to confirm all specifications and standardsare met
• Complete functional and visual inspections to verify alignment and overallassembly quality
• Interface with Engineering or Quality teams, when required, to supportresolution of fit or design concerns
• Follow safe work practices and contribute to a clean and organized workenvironment

What You Bring

• Experience using hand and power tools in an assembly environment
• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and measurements to 1/32"
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Understanding of production processes, including quality and outputexpectations
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safe work practices
• Ability to identify and communicate assembly or fit concerns with appropriateteams
• Basic understanding of electrical routing or component installation isconsidered an asset
