Job summary

Crestline Coach Ltd. in Saskatoon is seeking a Production Technician – Paint Prep to join our team assembling life‑saving ambulances. Day shift runs 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, supporting a stable, family‑oriented workplace with long‑standing manufacturing expertise.

You will sand modular box bodies, prepare and hang parts for painting, monitor flow across stations, and perform visual quality checks to ensure specifications are met and rework is minimized.

Responsibilities

• Sand modular box bodies and parts/pieces to be powder coated
• Prepare and hang parts for the paint process
• Ensure the flow of production pieces including moving modular box bodies and parts/pieces from each station (sanding, wash, curing oven, paint booth, production floor)
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure work meets specifications
• Ensure quality of workmanship conforms to specifications and eliminate rework in all applications
