Job summary

Natural Factors seeks a Production Technician to join our Manufacturing Department, focusing on set up, maintenance and cleaning of high‑performing production systems. You will help ensure equipment operates smoothly and safely while upholding GMP and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in a physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety, SOPs, GMP, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, remove and care for production equipment such as conveyors and lobe pumps.
• Rebuild machinery components and perform repairs.
• Coordinate and perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Assist in line changeovers, including tear downs and reassembly.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment to resolve concerns.
