Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to operate and maintain equipment on the Fresh Hemp Foods production line.

You will ensure quality, sanitation, and safety standards while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing process. Responsibilities include handling automated and manual equipment, performing routine maintenance, documenting tasks, and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating processing/machine equipment or in food sanitation.
• Mechanically inclined with basic hands-on skills.
• Knowledge of PLC controlled equipment and assets.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reading, writing and speaking English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manual and automated production equipment on the line.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble equipment for sanitation.
• Stage materials and supplies before shifts; maintain tidy work areas.
• Perform product quality checks and basic equipment maintenance.
• Document tasks and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety policies.
• Identify production defects and take corrective actions as needed.
• Follow all safety and food quality policies; support team objectives.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

Scope

The Production Team Member will be responsible for working on the production line of Fresh Hemp Foods Ltd. This individual will be responsible for the operation of equipment for the manufacture of various products and will ensure all work performed adheres to all organizational standards as well as safety regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Operate and attend to manual and automated equipment in the production process operation.
• Disassembles, cleans, sanitizes and reassembles various pieces of equipment as required for sanitation process
• Ensures materials and supplies are staged prior to the beginning of the shift.
• Keeps work area clean and performs general housekeeping as required.
• Performs product quality checks as per procedures.
• Performs minor or daily equipment maintenance.
• Maintains all necessary documentation associated with tasks performed.
• Perform all functions as designated by SOPs while operating specified equipment.
• Understand and review the product through specified production process, recognizing areas of defect and taking appropriate actions to rectify them.
• Conduct all work to organizational standards to ensure final product meets quality standards.
• Complies with all Safety and Food Quality policies and procedures.
• Disassembles, cleans, sanitizes and reassembles various pieces of equipment as required for sanitation process.
• Keeps work area clean and performs general housekeeping as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in processing and machine operation or food sanitation experience.
• Mechanically inclined
• Knowledge PLC controlled equipment and asset
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reading, writing and speaking English
