Production Team Member

Part time with opportunity to switch to full time for the right team mate.

Hours

We are hiring for 2-3 positions

• 1x Weekday
• EVENINGS
• and / or WEEKENDS (anytime)
• 1x Weekday
• DAYTIME

2-5 shifts a week depending on the business needs that week, and your schedule. We want to work with you to find a schedule that fits.

Position Summary

As a Production Team Member, you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.

You\'ll work alongside our team to blend, package, and ship our tea products to customers across North America. Part of the job will also mean assisting with very occasional tea pop-up\'s and in-store demos.

• Extra consideration to a team member who can partake in these events, such as the One Of A Kind Show in late November 2025

Responsibilities

Day to Day :

Working independently to do the following....

• Blending and preparing Lake & Oak Tea blends according to established recipes
• Packaging and labeling tea products accurately and efficiently
• Shipping and packing orders for pickup by couriers
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with inventory management
• Room for growth and expansion We want to work with you and your strengths.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, warehouse or similar setting.
• Self-starter… ability to take charge without leadership present
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Willingness to learn and try new things

Hours

• Part time, evenings. (4-8, 5-9 or 6-10) and / or weekend days
