Job summary

Cabico is seeking a Production Team Leader at our Coaticook, QC facility in the Eastern Townships of Canada. You will lead a team to follow established methods, plan daily production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership and people-management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The position offers competitive wages with shift premiums, a 40-hour week, and a supportive, family-oriented

Job description

The Production Team Leader supports the daily operations of their department by coordinating the work of their team and ensuring established procedures are followed. Acting as a key point of contact for employees, they foster a positive work environment and contribute to achieving safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

Working closely with the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Leader helps ensure activities are executed effectively, participates in resolving operational issues, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

More Specifically

• Starting wage: $23.36/hour
• Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour
• Team Leader premium: $1.50/hour
• 40 hours/week
• Evening shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
