Job summary

Cabico is seeking a Shunter – Class 1 Driver at our Coaticook facility in the Eastern Townships, Canada. You will shuttle between plants, move trailers, and support a smooth production flow in a high-end cabinet manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shuttle between plants as needed.

• Place furniture in correct rows.

Daily, the successful candidate will

• Shuttle between plants when necessary (Shunter).
• Move trailers as needed.
• Maintain a driving log.
• Perform truck safety inspections.
• Load trucks according to proper work methods.
• Ensure that orders are complete in the trucks.
• Ensure the production line is cleared quickly to avoid slowing down production.
• Place furniture in the correct rows.
