Responsibilities

• Safely executing the production plan
• Inventory stock keeping for production related materials
• Counting of finished goods inventory
• New employee training and onboarding
• Front line equipment troubleshooting with operators
• Ensure compliance to safety, quality and environmental policies
• Operate with GMP standards and maintain product quality
• Use SAP to print labels and production orders
• Assist package operators with day-to-day tasks as required
• Act in place of Mill manager
• Observe and report defects and process improvements
• Understand Food Safety controls and records
