Job summary

Wipro in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a senior production support professional with 8–10 years of IT operations experience. You will work across job scheduling platforms (Autosys, Tidal, Control-M), scripting, SQL, and DB operations, while applying ITIL processes and handling production patches.

You will contribute to system monitoring, disaster recovery, and cloud basics (Azure), delivering solid production support at L3/L4. The role offers CAD 100000–110000 per year.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with job scheduling software and configuration.
• Experience with scripting across Unix, Windows Batch, PowerShell.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
• Strong SQL skills and DB operations (MSSQL, Oracle).
• Experience applying patches to production systems.
• Experience in monitoring and DR/BC planning.
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure) basics.
• Production support experience at L3/L4 level.
• Basic networking and SFTP knowledge.
• Mandatory: Broadcom Autosys expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 production support for enterprise systems.
• Manage and configure job scheduling platforms (Autosys, Tidal, Control-M).
• Write SQL queries and maintain MSSQL/Oracle environments.
• Apply software patches and perform system monitoring.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate with ITIL-based incident/problem/change processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.
• Basic cloud-related tasks in Azure and related tooling.
