Job summary

Autism Services is seeking an organized Collision Repair Production & Customer Service Coordinator for a hands-on hybrid role. You will support production, parts coordination, customer service, and estimating tasks while collaborating with technicians, suppliers, and insurers.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy shop environment with on-site parking and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive, collision repair, parts, estimating, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Automotive/collision experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movement and repair progress with technicians and management.
• Order, receive, inspect, and organize repair parts; track backorders.
• Welcome customers and provide professional service; communicate progress.
• Assist with estimates, supplements, photos, and insurance paperwork; support operations.

Job description

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Collision Repair Production & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on hybrid role combining production support, parts coordination, customer service, and estimating/administrative support. The ideal candidate understands the collision repair process and enjoys working with customers, technicians, suppliers, and insurance partners.

What Youll Do

Production

• Coordinate vehicle movement and repair progress.
• Work with technicians, estimators, and management to keep jobs moving.
• Follow up on delays, approvals, and outstanding items.

Parts

• Order, receive, inspect, and organize repair parts.
• Track parts, backorders, returns, and credits.
• Work with suppliers and technicians to ensure parts are available when needed.

Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide professional service.
• Communicate repair progress, timelines, and completion updates.
• Handle calls, emails, appointments, and customer concerns.

Estimating & Administration

• Assist with estimates, supplements, photos, repair orders, and insurance paperwork.
• Maintain accurate information in shop management/estimating systems.
• Support daily office and shop operations.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive, collision repair, parts, estimating, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Automotive/collision experience strongly preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Assets: Mitchell, Audatex, SGI, I-CAR, ASE, or collision management system experience.
