Go Auto’s Fusion Collision Body Shop is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support operations from intake to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely customer updates. The role emphasizes organization, communications, and attention to detail in a fast-paced shop setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or administration, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or service-based environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; multitasking and prioritization.
  • Sound judgment, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage appointments, estimates, and follow-ups.
  • Create and maintain repair orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Organize and manage customer files and documentation.
  • Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out before/after repairs.
  • Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process.
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Support general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

At Fusion Collision, our Body Shop is known for precision, quality workmanship, and a strong commitment to customer experience. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who can help keep operations running seamlessly from the first estimate to final delivery.

This is a key support role within a fast‑paced environment where organization, communication, and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.
