Job summary

Adamson Systems Engineering Inc seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead assembly operations and manage all aspects of production teams within the manufacturing areas. The role focuses on building structured processes and driving efficiency in a build-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (planning, scheduling, and purchasing).
• Proven involvement in new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and continuous improvement practices.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, audits, and health & safety standards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with leadership and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage departmental Lead Hands to meet staffing, performance, and production goals.
• Oversee end-to-end production operations in a build-to-order environment for efficiency and timely output.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency, equipment utilization, and product quality across the production lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal audit processes; promote safety.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for production, quality, and operations; provide data-driven insights to leadership.
