Job summary

Ford of Canada is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly team on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, at our Oakville plant. You will drive safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, guiding daily production to meet targets while coaching team members to excel in a fast-paced setting.

You will apply data-driven decisions, track downtime and quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in supervisory, manufacturing or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team and drive performance.
• Act as a champion of workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Direct a team to meet or exceed production targets and ensure high-quality output.
• Apply data-driven decision making to reduce downtime and defects.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaborate with partners to improve processes.
• Address conflicts and build positive relationships with team and stakeholders.
