Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift (4:00 pm – 12:30 am) at our Woodbridge, Ontario facility. You will lead the Door Department operations during the afternoon shift, empowering teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency and on-time delivery goals.

You will oversee daily schedules, coach employees, monitor metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Formación

• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing supervision or management experience.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience.
• Production scheduling and work planning experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work other shifts for coverage as required.

What would you do as our Production Supervisor – Afternoon Shift?

You’ll oversee production operations in the Door Department during the afternoon shift, leading teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery goals.

You would also:

• Lead and support production teams to meet daily schedules and performance targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Train, coach, and develop employees while promoting teamwork and engagement
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs
• Support coverage for other supervisors when needed
• Special assignments as assigned

The Skills and Experience You Need:

• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• 4–6 years of manufacturing supervision or management experience
• Union environment experience preferred
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience
• Production scheduling and work planning experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CNC and metal-forming experience considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Flexibility to work other shifts for coverage as required

Compensation $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
