Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en production ou fabrication.

Job Description

The Production Supervisor will assist the Production Manager with the supervision and coordination of production associates engaged in the production of pizza dough.

The Production Supervisor will train new team members on daily job duties. They will ensure team members are working safely and are trained in food safety and other job duties to maintain consistency throughout the production and dough handling process.

Salary & Shift

Salary: $68k - $72k based on experience + up to a 10% company bonus!

Shift:

• During Training: M-W: 8AM – 4PM, TH & FRI: 5AM – 1:30PM
• Permanent: SUN-TUE: 8AM – 4PM, TH & FRI: 1:30AM – 9:30AM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2-year college degree
• At least 2 years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably in bakery manufacturing
• At least 2 years of documented supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to obtain and maintain dough certification
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including being on call and carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift materials from floor to above the head, frequently carrying up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (33-38°F) and environments with loud machinery when necessary
