We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing processes and production optimization at our client's cGMP / FDA regulated processing facility in the Greater Richmond VA region.

• Oversee Production Operations: Manage daily pharmaceutical production in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards while optimizing resources and meeting schedules.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to ensure performance, growth, and a positive work environment.
• Quality & Process Improvement: Collaborate with QA to uphold product quality and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate production records and communicate key metrics, challenges, and progress to leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related field; 3+ years in GMP or FDA regulated production with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in GMP, regulatory standards, and manufacturing processes; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar credentials preferred.
