Job Description

The Manufacturing Night Shift Supervisor (Production Resource) is responsible for planning and managing the daily allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to achieve performance targets safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Pay Range

$87,309 - $99,861

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including TPM.
• Model and promote our beliefs in daily activities and decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with team members, internal customers, suppliers, and support services to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety practices.
• Create and sustain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, housekeeping, and hygiene.
• Review daily performance targets and report variances.
• Assess maintenance effectiveness and collaborate with technical teams for improvements.
• Develop and implement action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing with shift or area ownership.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage, food, or similar clean manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to build relationships, lead, coach, and develop employees.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Continuous or process improvement experience; Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with TPM is a plus.
• Progressive responsibilities, career growth, and larger scope of work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Understanding of production processes and financial factors.
• Ability to work nights and flexible schedules as needed.
