About This Opportunity

The Manufacturing Supervisor role is a permanent afternoon position based at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling’s Production Facility in Richmond, BC. This role follows a fixed afternoon schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for leading a team and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of goods. The position requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and food standards while maintaining alignment with the overall production schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, evaluate, and develop a team of over 30 employees; monitor performance and provide guidance
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the production floor
  • Oversee line efficiency, downtime, key performance indicators (KPIs), syrup yields, and daily operations
  • Manage within established labour and operational expense (OPEX) budgets
  • Conduct regular production checks; adjust equipment and work practices in line with standard operating procedures
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement improvements; resolve issues as they arise
  • Support Autonomous Maintenance (Total Productive Maintenance - TPM) efforts
  • Utilize SAP to confirm production outputs in a timely manner
  • Ensure production line readiness at start-up and supervise changeovers
  • Maintain overall packaging and product quality in accordance with all relevant standards and specifications
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
  • 2 years of experience supervising production teams preferred
  • Proven ability to manage department budgets effectively
  • Strong computer and database application skills
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes #LI-IM1
