Leggett Dynamics in Canada is seeking a Production Shift Manager for our automotive manufacturing team. You will oversee planned orders, drive OEE improvements, and ensure safe, efficient operations on a 3rd shift in our air-conditioned facility.

We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Production Shift Manager within our Production team. That’s right! Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. This a 3rd Shift Manager role but needs to be flexible. We are a Air Conditioned Clean Facility.
Educational requirements, Certifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Trained Technician (Machine Building, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or the like)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Automotive Manufacturing at a Supervisory level.
Experience with JIT production
Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
