Job summary

M&H is seeking a passionate project manager to support our team in delivering print and digital projects for major clients. You will supervise designers, establish priorities, and ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.

You will cultivate strong client relationships, prepare estimates, and participate in production meetings to optimize costs and profitability. Based in Montreal and Toronto, the role offers hybrid work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Related university or college education.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrates positive leadership and is a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and client relationships.
• Able to adapt to various situations and work independently.
• Highly organized and able to manage time and priorities.
• Agency/studio experience is an asset.
• Familiar with Mac graphic design software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all assigned clients’ print and digital projects.
• Establishing priorities and assigning projects to designers and artists.
• Following up with clients and production team to ensure smooth execution.
• Fostering a partnership of confidence and acting as a consultant for clients.
• Participating in production meetings and analyzing mandates.
• Preparing estimates, launching projects and invoicing.
• Playing a proactive role in problem resolution.
• Monitoring project costs and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• All other related tasks.
