Salary: $65,200 - $92,600

The Production Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating manufacturing requirements to ensure material is available, production capacity is considered, and production orders progress according to established priorities. Working closely with Production, Inventory, Materials, and other departments, the Production Planner serves as a key link between the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and shop-floor execution. The role maintains planning integrity within the ERP system, monitors work-in-process (WIP), identifies schedule risks and constraints, and coordinates recovery actions when production deviates from plan. The successful candidate will have strong manufacturing knowledge, analytical capability, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
