Job summary

POLYVANTIS GmbH is seeking a Production Line Operator at its Long Sault facility. You will maintain product quality, conduct required tests, and document results. Starting pay is $24.64 per hour with planned increases to $28.51 after 12 months, with annual wage steps thereafter.

The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, accurate paperwork in SAP, and strong teamwork. Regular attendance and ability to work a full shift are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
• Ability to follow safety, quality and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production line per procedures.
• Perform product tests, measurements, and inspections; document results.
• Complete production, quality, inventory, and maintenance documentation in SAP and other systems.
• Identify, label, scan, sample and maintain traceability of materials and products.
• Monitor material availability and line supplies; notify lead when support is needed.
• Troubleshoot routine line issues and submit maintenance requests.
• Clean and maintain the line and work area and related equipment.
• Assist in training other operators and assistants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
