Job summary

P&G Belleville Plant is seeking Production Line Operators to join a 24/7 manufacturing site in Belleville, Ontario. The role starts at the Production Line Operator level with potential progression into Team Leader, Process Leader and other roles as experience grows.

Technicians will operate, adjust, changeover, and maintain high-speed equipment on rotating shifts. Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork to support manufacturing projects and capacity. Training and coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid G2 or higher Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends.
• Must wear required safety PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed line equipment and monitor processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and data.
• Work in a self-directed team on rotating shifts.
