Location: Waterloo, ON (onsite)

As our next Machine Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of assembling and inspecting products, following Standardized Work Instructions. Your expertise in operating CNC machines and understanding GD&T, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate CNC machines with skill and precision.
• Understand GD&T, engineering drawings, and use of precision measuring instruments thoroughly.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and manual skill when handling machine parts.
• Troubleshoot a variety of materials effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with plant personnel.
• Follow safe work practices, including WHMIS requirements.
• Read and interpret Production Sheets for accurate part completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset but not required.
• Ability to use and interpret measuring systems accurately.
• Understanding of process sheets and ability to follow them.
• Familiarity with traceability procedures and product process requirements.
• Basic mathematical skills with emphasis on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
