Qualifications

Position Overview

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with all legal and food safety standards.

Essential Functions
  1. Manage daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and throughput standards.
  2. Complete quality and production reports hourly, perform visual inspections, and report defects.
  3. Follow safety programs, guidelines, and regulations.
  4. Maintain GMP and Food Safety Standards.
  5. Keep the production area clean and organized.
  6. Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
  7. Work across all production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties as needed.
  8. Maintain regular attendance.
  9. Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule according to production needs.
Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred: Associate's Degree, 2+ years in manufacturing, management experience

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $19.53 - $26.36
