Location: Waterloo, ON, Canada (onsite)

As our next Machine Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of producing and inspecting precision components using CNC machinery. Your expertise in mechanical operation, quality assurance, and standardized work practices will be crucial in ensuring our manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operate CNC machines and inspect components using precision measuring instruments.
  • Interpret and follow engineering drawings and process sheets accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with WHMIS and safety protocols.
  • Detect and troubleshoot issues related to materials and processes.
  • Uphold quality standards through careful attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in machine operation or mechanical/production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, precision tools, and process documentation.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret production data.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or manufacturing field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using 5S and SPS principles.
  • Familiarity with traceability procedures and continuous improvement practices.
