Job description

Kaycan has an exciting career opportunity for a Production Operator based in Acton to join our team. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

Work Schedule

Rotating every two weeks between days and nights, 12-hour shifts, 3-2-2-3 schedule.

Work Environment

Safety-oriented work environment.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

• Immediate notification of quality problems to operator, lead hand, or supervisor.
• Visually inspect and package finished products.
• Maintain equipment, carry out minor repairs, and keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist other operators on the line as needed.
• Follow all plant rules and safety regulations.
• Ability to move materials up to 50 lbs.
