• Operate refinery, bleaching, and deodorizing equipment.
• Formulate products and manage crude oil tank inventories.
• Conduct routine equipment cleaning and plant sanitation.

Production Operator

A Day in the Life:

The Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production processes within the facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role supports the receiving, processing, formulation, testing, and shipment of products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and operational standards.

• Starting with the hourly rate is $28.00
• The schedule is 12 hours continental shift (2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Unload incoming raw materials from tankers, containers, and railcars.
• Weigh incoming and outgoing tankers and containers.
• Load finished products into tankers and LTL trucks.
• Receive and transfer in-process materials throughout the facility.
• Operate refinery, bleaching, and deodorizing equipment.
• Formulate products and manage crude oil tank inventories.
• Perform routine cleaning of processing equipment, cooling towers, vacuum lines, and related systems.
• Conduct in-process quality tests and collect product samples.
• Inspect tankers when laboratory personnel are unavailable.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety programs, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Perform plant sanitation and housekeeping duties.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in plant, manufacturing, or production operations is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Forklift experience is considered an asset.
