Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain subsidiary, invites you to join our Finishing Plant in Calgary as a Production Operator on a permanent basis. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule, including day and night shifts and weekends, with a wage of CAD 24 per hour.

Successful candidates will perform duties safely, operate manufacturing equipment, and assist with paperwork. Forklift experience and a Grade 12 education are preferred, along with strong teamwork to support our production goals.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or higher.
• Experience driving forklifts.
• Be comfortable with filling in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Perform duties such as shoveling, sweeping, cleaning and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Operate plant manufacturing equipment as required.

The position is based at the Finishing Plant located at 3304 58th Avenue SE in Calgary. It is a permanent Production role operating on a 12‑hour rotating schedule, including day and night shifts as well as weekends. The position offers an hourly wage of $24.
