Job summary

Oakland Products is hiring production operators and floor operators to support manufacturing of agricultural grain dryers and related equipment in Canada. This role offers a reliable weekday schedule, on-site work, and opportunities to advance into skilled trades such as Red Seal electrician or welders/millwrights.

We provide on-the-job training and potential overtime. Candidates should be physically capable, able to use power tools, and possess basic production experience.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to bend and lift.
• Experience in production is an asset.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work with power tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment on the floor.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Work Monday to Friday with overtime as required.
