Location: Ottawa, ON

As we scale our production and push culinary boundaries, we’re looking for a seasoned Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with discipline, passion, and precision.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of the production floor – from dough to dispatch
• Manage teams, schedules, and performance with a strong leadership presence
• Uphold quality and food safety standards with zero compromises
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with R&D, logistics, and leadership to support growth
• Be a hands-on, boots-on-the-floor leader who leads by example

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in food manufacturing or industrial production
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, quality assurance, and team management
• Proven ability to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment
• Highly self-disciplined with exceptional time and resource management skills
