Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood invites high-potential graduates to join the 2-year Production Maintenance Graduate Programme beginning September 2027. You will work across departments, maintain production equipment, and help enhance machine durability and performance through data analytics and AI.
You will collaborate on cross-department projects, explore digitalization, and engage in IT/ robotics/ mechanical/electrical diagnostic work with contractor oversight.

Our maintenance team are responsible for the maintenance of production equipment across a variety of departments, ranging from Final Assembly to Wood Shop and Bespoke. As a part of the team, you will work alongside our maintenance team to improve machine durability, performance, and longevity. Using data analytics and AI you will be at the forefront of ensuring we are achieving the highest possible level of Overall Equipment Efficiency. You will lead internal projects exploring Maintenance Strategy improvements, and deliver these improvements in collaboration with the wider team.
