PRODUCTION LINE WORKER - FULL TIME BATCH MAKER

Shift Premium, Full Time, Full Benefits! In Person, Calgary AB

The Batch Maker is responsible for producing all liquid bases for the production team to use to make our delicious gelatos and sorbettos.

• You’re flexible with working hours, including nights and early mornings, to ensure the bases are ready for the team. Typical shifts are from 7am to 3pm, but may start as early as 1am or as late as 8am depending on production needs. YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Production Lead, the Batch Maker produces all liquid bases for the production line, ensuring GMP and food safety guidelines are followed. You will set the standard for Righteous Quality and Integrity each shift.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver on the Ten Things that Require Zero Talent: punctuality, work ethic, effort, body language, attitude, passion, coachability, extra effort, preparedness.
• Maintain understanding of product knowledge, ingredients, and allergens (training provided).
• Inspect raw materials for quality and safety.
• Follow batch sheets to weigh, measure, and process ingredients.
• Ensure traceability of ingredients with accurate records.
• Work primarily on base production but also on the line as needed, with a love for watching sunrises in our creative environment.

THE MUST HAVES - KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Strong communication, basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• A passion for quality frozen treats and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to get hands dirty and go above and beyond.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or related fields is a plus; Food Safe Certificate is a bonus.
