Job summary

Linamar Corporation is seeking a General Labourer to support production on the line in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Canada. The role focuses on providing quality parts while meeting targets, cleaning work areas and equipment, and performing related tasks as required.

The successful candidate will load and unload parts, perform routine quality checks, and follow SOPs/JSAs to ensure a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing is an asset.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate PPE.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload parts on/off the conveyor and machinery.
• Perform quality checks; reject products outside specifications.
• Operate SOPs and JSAs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; notify supervisor of hazards.
