We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.
In this role, you will lead the autobody repair shop ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery while managing staff and customer satisfaction and maintaining high level of performance and quality work. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment ensuring every repair meets the highest standards of excellence for Aviva’s customers.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily activities including scheduling repairs, managing inventory and ensuring auto body shop operates effectively and efficiently.
Identify opportunities that promotes customer satisfaction and process improvement
Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and meeting industry regulations
Seve as a liaison between customers, Aviva Canada and the body shop team
Maintain quality and technical standards within the site
Deliver on promises made to customers ensuring they will be without their vehicles for the shortest possible time
Identify causes of issues and blockages which interrupt the flow of work through the workshop and problem solve
Hire, train and supervise technicians and support staff, ensuring they are training, skilled and motivated
Make decisions based on knowledge and data
Complete performance reviews and development of talent
What You’ll Bring:
Min 5 years experience working within the auto repair industry
Post-secondary education
Previous leadership experience automotive industry
Valid driver’s license
Leadership skills
Customer service skills
Strong knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multi-task
