Job summary

Cape Cod Finished Wood Siding, a division of Marwood Ltd., is hiring Labourers in Hammonds Plains, NS. This hands-on role involves working with wood products, using hand and power tools, and helping keep production running smoothly.

You must be able to reliably commute to Hammonds Plains, NS, work rotating shifts, and communicate in English. We offer a full-time, permanent role with growth opportunities and benefits after probation (health, dental, RRSP), plus free on-site parking and EAP access.

Schedule

Mandatory Rotating shifts:

• 4 weeks days (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm)
• 4 weeks nights (Sun–Thurs, 4:30 pm – 2:00 am)

Responsibilities & Requirements

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll work with wood products, use hand and power tools, and help keep production running smoothly.

You must be able to reliably commute to Hammonds Plains, NS, work rotating shifts, and communicate in English. We’re looking for dependable individuals who show up on time, maintain consistent attendance, bring a positive attitude, and perform well in a busy environment. A solid work ethic and willingness to learn are essential - manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
