Job summary

Levio is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to embed with enterprise clients and build production-grade GenAI and agentic systems. You will run discovery, scope use cases, and own outcomes in production within the customer's environment, not just slides or prototypes.

You will work on complex digital transformation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a strong focus on data governance, security, and trust while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in GenAI/Agentic Systems.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ownership of systems through production deployment and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with stakeholders to scope ROI-driven use cases.
• Build and ship production GenAI and agentic systems end to end (RAG, orchestration, tool integration).
• Deploy inside customer environments respecting data governance and security constraints.
• Design for trust with deterministic logic and guardrails for AI outputs.
• Embed and enable adoption by documenting the system and guiding stakeholders.
• Present architecture and tradeoffs to non-technical decision-makers.
