Responsibilities

Communicate clearly using radio, hand signals, and verbal direction.
Complete pre operation inspections, logbooks, and light servicing.
Keep equipment clean and well maintained.
Identify hazards early and take action to keep yourself and others safe.
Support the crew when needed to keep production moving.

We are hiring a Production Excavator Operator who takes pride in clean truck loading, steady cycle times, and keeping material moving throughout the shift. This role is focused on output, consistency, and safe execution.

We are currently recruiting for this position with an estimated project start of mid-September.

Who This Role Is For

Experience with 3D machine control systems which is an asset but not required
A valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract

Schedule and Pay

This role is based out of Sparwood, B.C., working a 7 x 7 shift rotation. Shifts typically run 12 hours, with overtime after 8 hours. $200/day LOA and benefits after 30 days.
