Production Designer

Rate: $40-45/hr.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Production Designer to join their team for a full-time contract, approx 3 months.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and production processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality graphics for print and packaging. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to create visually impactful designs that meet project objectives and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for print packaging and marketing materials.
• Utilize software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create compelling designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with production artists and other team members to optimize design processes.
• Review and proofread designs for accuracy and quality before final production.
  
  

Qualifications

• You ideally have experience in the pharma and packaging space.
• Proficient in design software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work client-facing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on a freelance basis.
