Description

Specifically, we are looking for a full-time Production Designer with strong attention to detail, the ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to problems. From colour theory to typography, you’re a craftsperson who loves the way ideas can come to life visually in both big and small ways.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prep files for final print and digital execution using Creative Cloud software
• Manage multiple assignments from brief to execution and revisions
• Communicate effectively, collaborate and assist team members
• Follow client brand style guides and maintain consistent files
• Manage and organize working files within Mosaic’s servers
• Uphold the Studio’s values: Creativity, Dedication, Accountability and Expertise

Qualifications

What we need from you:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Graphic Design
• 3-5 years Agency or equivalent experience
• Love for design and your keen eye in finding creative solutions for simple asks
• Highly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions
