Job summary

Aversan Inc. in Saint-Laurent, QC, is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage production transactions, support the manufacturing floor, and ensure ERP data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage production-related transactions.
• Support manufacturing floor and remove production barriers.

• Ensure work orders are created, prioritized, tracked, and completed.
• Support production teams to resolve issues impacting delivery performance.
• Monitor WIP, ETCs, bottlenecks, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Lead WIP cleanup and drive corrective actions for efficiency.
• Foster collaboration between Production, Planning, Material Management, Quality, and Engineering.
• Maintain accountability and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

We are currently seeking a qualified Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production-related transactions, supporting manufacturing floors, and ensuring accurate data within ERP systems. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage production-related transactions.
• Support manufacturing floor by removing production barriers.
• Monitor work order progress and maintain production data accuracy within ERP systems.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), rework activities, non-standard work orders, engineering change actions, outside service operations, and material-related requests.
• Ensure work orders are properly created, prioritized, tracked, and completed.
• Support production teams in resolving issues impacting delivery performance.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), gather estimated completion dates (ETCs), identify bottlenecks, and communicate risks and progress to key stakeholders.
• Lead WIP cleanup efforts, investigate inventory and production discrepancies, and drive corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Foster strong collaboration between Production, Planning, Material Management, Quality, and Engineering.

Compensation: $60,000-70,000 $ CAD (annual salary)
