ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel in Windsor, Ontario, is hiring Production Associates to support material handling, machine support, and general labor for a new die plant facility. You will follow safety procedures, assist with site prep, transport materials, operate basic equipment under supervision, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and clean-up to maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Transport materials, tools, and supplies within the facility.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Hold or supply materials and tools during production processes.
• Load and unload items from machines and assembly lines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with team members and respond to direction from supervisors.
