Job summary

Plasterform Inc., a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries, is seeking a Production Associate for our Mississauga plant. The role involves hands-on general labour in a manufacturing setting, primarily working with gypsum, cement, fiberglass and wood materials.

Training and opportunity for growth are provided. Duties include sanding, mixing, grinding, cutting, measuring, spraying, quality control, crating and shipping, and woodwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with woodworking or cabinet making is a plus.
• Experience in the construction or renovations industry.
• Power tools knowledge.
• Measurement knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to tasks.

$18-21, depending on experience
