The Production Manager has direct accountability for the safety, financial and operational performance of the Brookfield Cement Plant production. The Production Manager plays a key role in developing and executing on all budgets, cost savings, performance plans and Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) targets. Ensures safe and healthy working conditions in operations under his/her responsibility. Directly contributes to synergies between plant, sales and logistics. The Production Manager contributes to organizational excellence by continually promoting a culture of agility, collaboration, simplicity, and empowerment, enabling continuous improvement.
